Education, Experience and Language Requirement

- Experience: 5+ years of residential carpentry (remodeling experience preferred).
- Language: English required for communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Carpenter, you will:
- Perform high-quality carpentry work including framing, trim installation, cabinetry, and finishing details.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
- Shadow project managers to gain skills in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you progress toward a project management role.
