Language Requirement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact with guests, conduct consultations, and recommend treatments.
Language: Arabic preferred (but not mandatory), English required
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (specialization in Spa/Wellness)
- Experience: 5 – 10 years in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- License: Valid international license to practice therapy

Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist, you will:
- Perform spa consultations, assess guest needs, and identify contraindications
- Deliver beauty therapy, body treatments, massages, and specialized therapies
- Provide after-care and personalized home-care well-being programs
- Promote spa services, products, and facilities to guests and members
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest hygiene standards
- Assist with spa promotions, marketing, and events
- Handle spa laundry, stock inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Keep accurate guest records, treatment details, and retail sales logs
- Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
- Support the spa team in day-to-day operations as required

Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven spa or hospitality experience (minimum 5 years in a luxury environment)
- Knowledge of face & body therapies, Hammam, manicure, pedicure, and wellness practices
- Strong communication and sales skills for upselling spa products and services
- Professional presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to assist in spa operations, promotions, and events
