Key Responsibilities
As a Baker at Woolworths, you will:
- Prepare and bake high-quality breads, cakes, and other baked goods
- Maintain strong Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service in the bakery department
- Train, mentor, and support apprentices and team members
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe bakery environment
- Show creativity in bakery presentation and product preparation

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To succeed as a Baker, you should have:
