Education & Experience
The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa welcome both experienced baristas and those eager to learn.
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar café/restaurant role preferred

Key Responsibilities
As a Barista, you’ll be the heart of the café experience, creating beverages and delivering excellent service. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operating coffee machines and equipment
- Serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and café area
- Stocking supplies and assisting with inventory
- Handling cash and card transactions when required
- Supporting the café team to ensure smooth daily operations
