ABC Coffee Roasters, a premium café chain with 10 cafés, 2 central kitchens, and 2 roasteries across two countries, is hiring Baristas to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for coffee enthusiasts with at least 1 year of industry experience who want to grow with one of Dubai’s fastest-growing coffee brands. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the café’s vibrant atmosphere.

Education, Experience & Language Requirements
- Education: Secondary education (minimum)
- Experience: 1+ year in coffee/hospitality industry (required)
- Language: Basic English required (additional languages an advantage)

Key Responsibilities
As a Barista at ABC Coffee Roasters, you will:
- Prepare, serve, and present drinks and meals to company standards
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Open and close café shifts and maintain cleanliness of café areas
- Follow cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
- Ensure proper product storage, stock rotation, and compliance with shelf life standards
- Participate in company training sessions and refresher courses
- Contribute to menu development and company initiatives
- Be actively involved in café events and company culture
