Key Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety. Duties include:

• Scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes and washing them by hand or in a dishwashing machine
• Washing pots, pans, trays, and utensils following safety and sanitation procedures
• Sweeping and mopping floors in the kitchen area
• Cleaning worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces
• Emptying trash and sanitizing garbage containers
• Assisting with receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Supporting daily operations and assisting teammates as needed
