This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for agriculture who want to work with modern machinery and gain hands-on experience in large-scale cropping operations. Long-term applicants only , this position is not suitable for 88-day WHV applicants.

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
Elserae Agriculture is looking for candidates who meet the following:
- Education: No formal qualification required
- Experience: Previous agricultural experience preferred (broadacre machinery operation ideal)
- Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude
- Licensing: Current HR driver’s license (MC preferred)
- Language: English required for communication
Work Environment
The role involves working in:
- Rural farm setting
- Outdoor environments
- Seasonal and variable farming conditions
Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Worker, you will:
- Operate machinery for spraying, spreading, seeding, harvesting, and ameliorating
- Carry out machinery repairs and maintenance
- Support general farm duties as required
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve farming goals
