Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- Engage with customers by recommending food, drinks, and loyalty programs
- Provide bar and table service while ensuring RSA compliance
- Contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and guests
- Maintain service areas to a professional standard
- Work as part of a supportive and dynamic team

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you are required to have the following:
- Education: No formal degree required (training provided)
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
- Language: English required for communication with guests and colleagues
- Certificates: A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is mandatory. RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) is a bonus
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Working in a busy pub and gaming venue
- Serving in food, beverage, and gaming areas
- Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
