Education, Experience and Language Requirement
Mandarin Oriental is looking for the following in its candidates:
- Education: High school diploma or above (hospitality training preferred)
- Experience: Prior customer service or hospitality experience an advantage
- Language: Fluent in English and local languages; additional languages a plus

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Officer (Overnight Shift), you will:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer guest inquiries and handle requests professionally
- Manage overnight reservations, guest records, and billing
- Ensure safety, security, and smooth overnight operations
- Handle telephone and email communications
- Provide concierge support and assistance as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest service
