Job Overview
RJS Orchards Ltd in Creston, BC is seeking dedicated and hardworking Fruit and Vegetable Pickers to join their farming team. In this role, you will be responsible for harvesting, cleaning, and grading fruits and vegetables, as well as assisting with general farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Fruit and Vegetable Picker, you will:
- Hand-harvest vegetables and orchard crops
- Apply hoeing techniques between crop rows
- Clean and sort harvested produce
- Grade fruits and vegetables by size, shape, colour, and volume for market
- Write simple daily progress reports
- Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas

The work environment and physical capabilities needed include:
- Fast-paced, outdoor farming environment
- Repetitive and physically demanding tasks
