Key Responsibilities

As a Driver Operations Lead, you will:

  • Develop and optimize operational standards, including driver recruitment, onboarding, and review processes
  • Monitor team performance and key operational metrics, adjusting strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members, overseeing car rental promotions, recruitment briefings, and project execution
  • Promote car rental programs, persuading drivers to join and strengthening partnerships with rental manufacturers
  • Plan and execute online/offline recruitment activities, improving driver application and verification efficiency
  • Build strong driver partner relationships, including training, education, operational support, and loyalty initiatives
  • Oversee professional moving project management, including driver recruitment and execution of moving-related services

Education, Experience and Language Requirement

To qualify for the role of Driver Operations Lead, you should have:
