Key Responsibilities
As a Driver Operations Lead, you will:
- Develop and optimize operational standards, including driver recruitment, onboarding, and review processes
- Monitor team performance and key operational metrics, adjusting strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members, overseeing car rental promotions, recruitment briefings, and project execution
- Promote car rental programs, persuading drivers to join and strengthening partnerships with rental manufacturers
- Plan and execute online/offline recruitment activities, improving driver application and verification efficiency
- Build strong driver partner relationships, including training, education, operational support, and loyalty initiatives
- Oversee professional moving project management, including driver recruitment and execution of moving-related services

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for the role of Driver Operations Lead, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: Previous experience in operations, logistics, team leadership, or recruitment is an asset
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin; English is an advantage
