Key Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you will:

  • Process incoming WIP (CI) lots per specification
  • Manage outgoing WIP inventory to Configurable Bank and/or Finished Goods
  • Support WIP tracking and system movements of production lots
  • Troubleshoot problem lots according to established procedures
  • Maintain physical and system holds/releases of WIP inventory
  • Cross-train to provide coverage support on the test floor
  • Adhere to company Quality, Attendance, and Performance standards
  • Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role
  • Experience with WIP tracking systems (MES, AX2012 preferred)
  • Proficiency in operating computer terminals

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for overtime

Physical & Work Requirements

This role involves:

  • 50% standing, 25% walking, 25% sitting
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching
  • Regular use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
  • Working both independently and around others in a fast-paced environment

U.S. Export Control Requirement

This position requires access to technology and materials subject to U.S. export laws. Candidates must provide proof of:

  • U.S. citizenship,
  • Permanent U.S. residency, or
  • Protected individual status as defined under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)
