Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress at FIVE Hotels, you will:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional approach
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest preferences and dietary requirements are met
- Provide personalised service to create memorable dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas
- Assist in events, parties, and special promotions
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and FIVE service excellence
- Upsell menu items and bespoke offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Team to deliver seamless service

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in luxury hotel or fine dining as a Waiter/Waitress (preferred but not mandatory)
- Professional and polished appearance following grooming standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic attitude with attention to detail
