Key Responsibilities
As a Laundry Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and hygiene of residents by:
- Handling and washing residents’ personal clothing with care and returning items correctly.
- Operating all laundry machinery safely and as per guidelines.
- Maintaining clear separation between clean and dirty areas in the laundry.
- Keeping daily laundry schedules on track and informing management of any issues.
- Monitoring linen stock levels and advising when replacements are needed.
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Treating all residents with respect, empathy, and kindness.

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
Applicants should meet the following:
- Education: No formal qualifications required
- Experience: Prior experience in a commercial or care facility laundry is an asset, but not essential (training provided)
- Language: English proficiency required for clear communication with staff and residents
