Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, your main responsibilities include:
- Installation, Maintenance & Repair
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team for continuous improvement through Management of Change (MOC).
- Technical Interpretation
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams accurately to support repair and installation tasks.
- Routine Maintenance & Calibration
- Conduct regular checks, calibrate, and test machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Inventory & Spare Parts Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and materials.
- Coordinate with the team for ordering and tracking maintenance supplies.

Content and Management Context
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Follow the supervisor’s guidance and collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to maintain or improve existing equipment and systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and the company’s EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policy.
- Be willing to work in rotating shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to support 24-hour plant operations.
Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements
To qualify as a Maintenance Technician, you must have the following:
