Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, pipelines, and power equipment
  • Operate, inspect, repair, and maintain hotel machinery and equipment
  • Assist with maintenance of hotel electrical and mechanical systems
  • Perform basic housekeeping-related tasks when required
  • Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and troubleshoot faults
  • Coordinate with external vendors and track repair progress
  • Purchase related parts and materials and manage maintenance inventory
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of engineering supplies
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:
