Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Evaluate and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Plan, organize, and monitor staff performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees
- Set work schedules and assign duties
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
- Maintain operational standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Balance cash, prepare reports, and control expenses
- Manage inventory, cost products and services
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in marketing strategies and promotions
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Education, Experience, and Language Requirement
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma required
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory or management role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Language: English required for effective communication
