Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Venue Security Guard, you will:
- Monitor patron behaviour and ensure venue safety
- Manage entry points, conduct ID checks, and ensure RSA compliance
- Assist venue staff with crowd control and incident prevention
- Respond promptly to incidents and de-escalate conflicts professionally
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong situational awareness
- Uphold venue rules, company policies, and legal requirements

Education, Experience, and Licence Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Mandatory Licences & Certifications:
- Current NSW Security Licence
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Current First Aid Certificate
Experience & Skills:
- Previous licensed venue or crowd control experience (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
- Professional presentation and reliability
