Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Steward your responsibilities will include:
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and proactive service while supporting colleagues.
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
- Ensure clean dishes, glassware, and silverware are available for kitchen and guest service areas.
- Sort, stack, and store all cleaned items properly and securely.
- Remove and record all broken or chipped items from circulation.
- Keep work areas and floors dry, clean, and safe at all times.
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain a hygienic and organized work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Steward.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Previous stewarding or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Calm, courteous, and attentive to guest needs.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
