Key Responsibilities

As a Store Keeper, you will:

  • Accept and process customer orders through Snoonu, Talabat, and other delivery platforms
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
  • Prepare and package orders according to brand and quality standards
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management when inventory is low
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and digital systems
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper organization
  • Upload and update product listings on online platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Keep the workspace and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient
  • Assist with basic product photography and content updates when required

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirement

To qualify for this role, you should have:
