Key Responsibilities
Working as a Waiter, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and providing attentive table service
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
- Serving food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and timing
- Guiding guests through menus and providing recommendations
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding to requests efficiently
- Supporting upselling in line with service standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Following hygiene, safety, and service SOPs at all times
