Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will:
- Provide a warm, friendly, and personalised welcome to guests
- Deliver attentive and professional table service throughout the dining experience
- Establish strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and presentation
- Recommend and promote food, beverage, bar offers, and hotel services
- Prepare and maintain restaurant and service areas, including POS stations
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service issues professionally
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation in line with HACCP standards
- Apply hotel safety, security, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Care for equipment, crockery, and appliances properly
- Contribute positively to a friendly, team-oriented restaurant environment
