Education, Skills & Experience
Enterprise Recruitment is looking for individuals who:
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Are physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Can work on their feet for long periods
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team
- Have previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks as a Pick Packer / General Labourer will include:
Order Picking & Packing
- Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Operate scanners and follow warehouse inventory systems
- Ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Assist with stock management and replenishment as needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Health & Safety
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
- Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace
