Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Garment Decoration/Event Team Member will include the following:
- Set up and operate heat press machines to apply heat transfers to hoodies, t-shirts, hats, and other promotional garments.
- Follow production orders and artwork guidelines to ensure the correct designs are applied to the appropriate products.
- Inspect finished garments for print clarity, colour accuracy, specifications, and external defects.
- Produce garment transfers using the company’s Direct to Film (DTF) printer.
- Perform quality control checks on printed apparel products.
- Work with the business team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Assist with front-of-house sales of event merchandise to athletes and supporters.
- Operate heat press equipment at event locations.
- Set up and pack down pop-up shops at events.
- Travel to events across Melbourne as required.
- Support the wider production and events team to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
