Education, Skills & Experience
1st Call Recruitment is looking for someone who:
- Is physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Is reliable, organised, and detail-focused
- Has previous warehouse or stores experience (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a forklift license (OSH or F endorsement preferred) OR is willing to train for one
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys teamwork
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Stores Person will include:
Order Picking & Dispatch
- Picking and preparing daily orders for dispatch
- Checking goods against invoices and purchase orders
- Wrapping, labelling, and preparing items for shipment
Stock Control & Warehouse Duties
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Supporting stock rotation and replenishment
- Operating forklifts and handling materials (training provided if needed)
Health & Safety
- Following all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment
