Education, Experience and Language Requirement
Intuitive is looking for the following in its candidates:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a similar role (customer service, sales support, or related field)
- Languages: Fluent in English and local language(s)
Work Environment
The role involves working in the following conditions:
- Office-based, on-site in Taipei
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional work with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other teams
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and contract renewals (SAP, CRM, Salesforce systems).
- Support tenders, product listings, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely product/system delivery.
- Assist with service contracts, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Provide support for digital products (Customer Portal, Intuitive Learning, MIA, etc.).
- Respond professionally to customer calls and emails.
- Support tender automation projects and system testing.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the customer service team.
- Suggest and contribute to process improvements.
