Education, Experience and Language Requirement
Aura Group is looking for the following in its candidates:
- Education: No formal degree required; hospitality or barista training preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Language: Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) are a plus

Key Responsibilities
As a Barista cum Sales Cashier at Aura Group, you will:
- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and café specialties
- Operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and issue receipts accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming café atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the barista station and café floor
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Follow café standards for quality, presentation, and consistency
- Support front-of-house operations during peak hours
