Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will:
- Receive, unload, count, and stock inventory in the warehouse
- Pick and pack items based on order forms
- Inspect items for quality, ensuring no damages or faults
- Pack orders following specific packaging guidelines
- Ship and fulfill customer orders in the inventory system, entering tracking numbers
- Keep shelves, inventory space, and workstations clean and organized
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members
- Train and guide new warehouse staff
- Perform stock takes bi-annually to maintain accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and update the inventory system
- Assist with warehouse sales, including weekend work when required
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: No degree required
- Experience: Warehouse experience preferred (manual handling, stock control, working at height)
- Language: Good written and verbal English required
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stocking
- Using warehouse tools and inventory management systems
- Working collaboratively with a team in a busy environment
- Occasionally supporting warehouse sales and events
