Key Responsibilities
As a Labourer, you will:
- Conduct regular checks on machines during operation
- Assist with production processes and equipment use
- Identify basic faults in equipment or materials
- Operate tools and machinery as required (training provided)
- Perform site cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Support product movement, storage, and general labour tasks
- Follow safety standards and report issues promptly

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
To qualify for the role of Labourer, you should have:
- Education: No formal qualification required (training provided)
- Experience: Previous labouring, factory, or production experience is an advantage
- Certification: High-risk forklift licence preferred (not mandatory)
- Language: Basic English skills for safety and communication
- Physical Ability: Able to perform manual handling and work in a production environment
