Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative IV, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Use advanced customer service skills to resolve high-priority and complex inquiries
- Access departmental resources to ensure efficient workflow and quality service
- Complete administrative tasks, including recordkeeping
- Troubleshoot issues and follow up on cases needing further resolution
- Support supervisors and act as a technical resource for the team
- Communicate with pathologists when needed to resolve cases
- Adhere to department policies, compliance rules, and healthcare regulations
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and company information
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Education:
- Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science
- Preferred: Certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists
Experience:
- Preferred: Minimum 3 years in customer service and/or healthcare
Language:
- English required for communication with patients, providers, and team members
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Working in a controlled medical office environment
- Managing a fast-paced workload with occasional high-pressure situations
- Using a headset and computer for extended periods
- Handling sensitive patient information (PHI) with compliance and confidentiality
