Key Responsibilities
As a Salon Receptionist, you will:
- Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Manage appointments: booking, confirming, rescheduling, and keeping an accurate schedule
- Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
- Handle client check-in and check-out using the POS system
- Process payments and manage daily cash-handling procedures
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and waiting area
- Promote salon services, retail products, and special offers
- Assist with various administrative tasks (inventory, client records, retail displays)

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: No formal degree required
- Experience: Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred
- Language: English required; Arabic is an asset
- Skills: Comfortable using booking software (Zenoti is a plus)
