Key Responsibilities
As a Barista, you will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, machines, and workstations
- Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and assist with inventory checks
- Provide expert recommendations on blends, brewing methods, and beverage selections
- Ensure all beverages meet luxury hospitality standards
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Support the smooth operation of the coffee bar during busy service hours

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: No formal degree required
- Experience: Previous Barista experience in a luxury hotel, upscale café, or fine-dining venue (Preferred)
- Knowledge: Familiarity with espresso machines, brewing methods, and specialty coffee standards
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, guest-focused personality
- Language: Basic English required (additional languages an advantage)
- Additional: Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends & public holidays
- Certification: Barista training or specialty coffee certification (Preferred)
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Working in a luxury hotel and private members’ club
- Providing high-end, personalized guest service
- Preparing premium beverages in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards
