Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Be the face of JustCo—greet members, visitors, and guests
- Manage front desk operations and access control
- Conduct centre tours for prospective members
- Handle queries across multiple channels (front desk, email, phone)
- Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes
- Oversee daily centre operations including cleanliness and maintenance
- Support shared space management (pantries, meeting rooms, lounges)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as courier services, invoicing, and payment processing
- Participate in community events and initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: No degree required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service (coworking, hotel, serviced office, or hospitality preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High attention to detail
- Language: Good English communication
- Additional: Community-oriented personality preferred
Work Environment

- Providing exceptional front-facing customer service
