Key Responsibilities
As a Room Service Assistant Server, you will:
- Deliver in-room dining orders promptly with accuracy and elegance
- Set up trays and trolleys according to brand and luxury service standards
- Ensure professional, discreet, and warm guest interactions
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service touches
- Clear trays and trolleys efficiently from guest rooms and corridors
- Assist with mise-en-place, stock replenishment, and pantry organization
- Maintain cleanliness and order in room service areas
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating when needed
- Follow Forbes and LQA service standards consistently
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations

Education, Experience and Language Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: No formal degree required
- Experience: 1–2 years in Room Service, F&B, or Restaurant operations within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
- Language: Fluent English required
- Additional Languages: Arabic or Russian (Preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Working in a luxury hotel and resort setting
- Physically handling trays and trolleys
- Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Close coordination with culinary and service teams
