Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to TPI standards
- Vacuum rooms, change linens, and replenish amenities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and guest areas
- Load, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Assist with additional housekeeping duties as required

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Essential Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable Experience
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience working in fast-paced or physically demanding environments
