Key Responsibilities
As a Store Keeper, you will:
- Accept and process customer orders through Snoonu, Talabat, and other delivery platforms
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
- Prepare and package orders according to brand and quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when inventory is low
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and digital systems
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper organization
- Upload and update product listings on online platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Keep the workspace and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with basic product photography and content updates when required

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirement
To qualify for this role, you should have:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Previous retail or storekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic Excel skills (data entry and simple tracking)
- Comfortable using mobile apps and online delivery platforms
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Capable of working independently and following instructions
Languages:
- English required
- Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory
