Education, Experience and Language Requirement
Marriott International is looking for the following in its candidates:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical or related field required (High School or G.E.D accepted)
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in maintenance or electrical work (hotel experience preferred)
- Language: Basic English required for communication and guest interaction
Work Environment
The role involves working in the following conditions:
- Indoor and outdoor hotel premises
- Service areas such as guest rooms, kitchens, and mechanical rooms
- Use of tools, ladders, and safety equipment

Key Responsibilities
As an Electrician at Marriott International, you will:
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical equipment
- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, outlets, and switches
- Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and surface repair work
- Replace bulbs, filters, and basic electrical components
- Operate and maintain hotel machinery and shut-off systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, mechanical, and electrical issues
- Maintain parts inventory and request supplies as needed
- Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures before maintenance work
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Report hazards, accidents, and maintenance problems
