- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities
As a Welcomer/Porter, you’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Assisting with luggage handling and storage
- Escorting guests to their rooms and providing hotel information
- Valet parking assistance (if applicable)
- Supporting the concierge and front office team
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to requests promptly and professionally
