Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Representative, you will:
- Load and unload building materials using a forklift or manual handling
- Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Process sales documentation and related paperwork
- Carry out customer deliveries efficiently and on time
- Provide exceptional customer service both on-site and off-site
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with trade customers through professional service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Essential Requirements
- Valid FULL New Zealand Driver’s Licence
- Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate
- Physically fit and able to perform occasional heavy lifting
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in the building or construction industry
- Experience in warehousing, yard, or drive thru operations
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Working on site in a warehouse and drive thru environment
- Manual handling and heavy lifting at times
