Key Responsibilities
As a Factory Labourer, you will:
- Assist in meat processing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production and quality standards
- Support operations across various stages of processing
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, trimming, packing, and machine operation
- Work effectively in a diverse and supportive team
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks on time
- Contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace culture
- Work day, night, and weekend shifts as rostered

Education, Experience and Language Requirement
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: No degree required
- Experience: Previous factory or labour work is helpful but not mandatory
- Language: Basic English for communication
