Key Responsibilities
As a cook you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide support according to the chef’s instructions.
- Assist in preparing catering orders and ensure all orders are completed accurately.
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation tasks.
- Clean designated kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support other kitchen and food service activities as required.
- Assist with lifting and moving supplies when necessary.

Qualifications
To qualify for the job you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen or food service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Class C Technician Certificate in Chinese Cuisine Cookery or Western Culinary Arts preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects when required.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Break: 30-minute lunch break included
